Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above mentioned subject. I hereby informing you the details of BEEDI Workers Children Scholarship for the year 2018-19 has been fully online process only in National Scholarship portal in categorized into Pre-Matric & Post-Matric.
Application format changed:
As per your request, we the Labour Welfare Organisation, Tirunelveli office has changed the old pattern of scholarship application into new format for the convenience both student and institution.
1. This application format is word format and please don't change any words or column
2. This application should be keep it alongwith online generated application form
3. Please collect the document alongwith this application - what are the supportive documents required are mentioned in the Part-3 of this application (please see)
4. kindly take this new application format printout in Legal size paper which should be fitted or as your convenience.
5. Basic registration is must for applying fresh category all fields are important marked * are important, Mobile no. are mandatory to generate OTP.
Last date for Online Application from Student Side:
Last date: for students registering in online Pre-Matric: 15-10-2019 - Pre-Matric Classes : 1st Std to 10th Std
Last date: for students registering in online Post-Matric: 31/10/2019 - Post-Matric Classes: ITI, 11th 12th all PUC, all Teacher Training courses, all Diploma Teacher Training courses, all Diploma, all degree courses, all Professional courses (only B.Sc, M.Sc Agri, BE,ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, MBBS related courses)
Last Date for Institution Verification to validate the student application through online is 31/10/2018 (might be changed to earlier).
So request you inform students and also any other school, colleges to apply quickly in the portal and the enclosures required are mentioned in the application format.
Document to be Upload in the website during Online Application process - from Student side:
1. After Registration in Online please click upload option in Worker ID Card - Front & Back Side in one page of Yellow ID Card Xerox - Yellow ID card showing dependent details i.e student name should be there - Head of Institution must underline & highlight the student and put the attestation in the xerox - then scan and upload the document -- The scanned document (Yellow ID Card Xerox) either it should be in JPEG, jpg, PDF format only - please try to upload the document in 150 to 200 kb size.
Note:
Online generated application may submit to this office only if candidate are less than in five who applied for this scholarship, otherwise institute has to submit a prescribed consolidated statement to this office after your institute online verification process completed.
As of now the consolidate statement is under process. Consolidate abstract model will sent later.
